Manage browser service reuse, stop actions and terminal cleanup. Upgrade DeepSeek Harness to 0.1.7-rc.2 and Cordis to 4.0.4. Include the coordinated IPC handler extraction and related tests and documentation. Remote native-client coordinator wiring, managed Node consolidation, Ask MCP mappings and full desktop/package acceptance remain unfinished; this commit records the implemented local workflow and supporting SSH groundwork. Validation: typecheck and lint passed; 267 focused tests passed and 5 skipped. No new real-provider calls were made for this commit. Prior real-model evidence and remaining acceptance work are documented in the feature progress files. Validate the isolated staged snapshot with its own dependency installation: typecheck, lint, production build, and 540 tests across 14 files passed. No paid model calls were repeated. Physical-offline, installer, and other platform acceptance remain pending as documented in the feature record. Release note: Connect local Obsidian vaults in MCP settings to find notes and write conversation results back to them. Migration detection now checks only the schema version and legacy note payloads, while the startup worker reuses its confirmed pending decision during retries so actual migrations can still finish compaction. Saves are manual; undo/redo remains scoped to an annotation page or Quill mode. Analyze drafts, saved canvases and canvas-source todos with page images and text when the default model supports images, or an explicitly labelled text-only fallback. Keep successful saves when automatic analysis fails and prevent MCP plain-text replacement of canvas records. Move entry bodies and binary assets into local note files with schema 38 migration and verified readback. SQLite retains metadata, indexes, revisions, todos and comments. Backups must coordinate SQLite and the adjacent notes directory while writes are paused or the app is closed; no one-click backup action is included. Show a continuous record stream with independent collapsible record index and AI pane, real first-page thumbnails, and scroll-only record navigation. Open a blank text/canvas composer by default and reset it after creation. Protect unsaved drafts and establish normalized editor baselines after saving so clean records do not prompt again when leaving. Validation: latest recorded focused run passed 149 tests across five files; typecheck, lint and git diff --check passed. The prior user-reported full run passed 4,713 tests before later corrections and UI changes; it is not a full validation of this final snapshot. Tests were not rerun for this commit, as requested; independent systematic review follows the commit. Release note: Create paged notes with handwriting, flowing text and PDF annotations, browse records through thumbnails, and request AI comments with an explicit text-only fallback. Extend regression coverage and Agent type checks. Record measured resource and real-model validation results, including failures and limitations. Also include the conversation media-generation design drafts (not an implemented feature), documentation entry links and dedicated Linux test-directory guidance. Desktop and Agent changes must be delivered together for shared process results. Validation: typecheck and lint passed; staged content and documentation links checked. Prior full regression and live-model evidence are recorded in progress notes; no new full test suite or model calls were run for this commit. Prepare Desktop 0.13.1 with the approved bilingual notes and aligned feature lists. Agent remains 0.11.24. Final candidate validation and production builds will run on main CI, as requested, without additional local release testing. Copy from the parent and verify every prepared configuration file in the final package. Bundle DSH session projection with the unpacked Host instead of leaving an ASAR-only external import, and reject external DeepSeek imports in shipped chunks. Run packaged OpenCode plugin import and the real DSH UtilityProcess handshake in Windows x64 CI before removing unpacked output. Add regressions using the actual electron-builder copier and Vite externalization configuration. Prepare approved Desktop 0.12.8 notes and change macOS defaults and CI to DMG only. Update aggregation, website downloads and update readers for 12 installers and 20 assets. Current readers retain historical DMG/ZIP support; the user accepts that older macOS GitHub readers and all older mirror readers need manual upgrades. Agent remains 0.11.21, with no new Agent or LoongArch tag. Validation: 3608 tests passed, 0 failed, 61 skipped across 339 files; typecheck, lint, release-note validation, website static checks and 18 website tests passed. No local production build or packaged-app launch was performed at the user's request; actual packaged startup validation runs in CI. Reuse offline OpenCode configuration by plugin version, remove unused npm shims from remote payloads, normalize dependency modes, and accept real compound descriptors up to 4 MiB. Fix intermittent Agent attach rejection and closed-handshake waits. Add focused and real-Runtime regressions, document interaction boundaries and validation evidence, and include the existing application/tool navigation design drafts. Those navigation changes are design-only, not implemented UI. Validation: full suite 3597 passed, 0 failed, 61 skipped across 338 files; typecheck, lint, release-note verification, whitespace and relative-link checks passed. Remote environment setup now uses explicit signed compound package preparation with bounded transfer, rollback, recovery, and clearer settings. Managed Hosts must be updated to separately distributed Agent 0.11.6 before the daemon-side controller recovery fix takes effect. Desktop packages do not embed the Agent or remote Runtime, and existing project data is preserved.
