ShareServer previously existed only as design documents. The repository now includes a standalone Hono service and a responsive React management-console prototype covering administrator and member workflows, with local build, test, and container entry points.
The sharing design now includes organization-scoped digital agents and explicit local partitioned-memory selection for @ calls. Memory documentation consistently uses partitioned memory and treats time or internal events only as optional recall triggers.
This remains an interactive prototype: fixture actions do not persist, and production authentication, PostgreSQL isolation, device connections, routing, relay, and federation still require implementation.

Bump Desktop to 0.12.4 and the separately published GoodBuddy Agent to 0.11.18. Add the approved bilingual release notes for HTML previews, long-run and queue reliability, remote terminal-state convergence, and faster OpenCode follow-up on Linux ARM.
This candidate uses the standard six-platform x64/arm64 matrix and does not request a LoongArch experimental preview.
Agent replies that produced HTML could only be read as source, so users had
to copy the markup into an external file to see the result. Completed Agent
and Subagent output now renders complete HTML documents, single-root HTML
replies, and `html` / `htm` code blocks as an isolated static preview in
place. Each preview keeps a persistent notice that scripts and network are
disabled and offers the same icon actions as Mermaid diagrams: a source
toggle and a full-screen preview. The new "render HTML in conversations"
switch under Platform Features / General is on by default, applies to the
open conversation immediately, and falls back to HTML source when disabled.
Previews cannot run scripts, reach the network, submit forms, open windows,
or load remote media; author stylesheets and inline styles are preserved so
the intended layout survives, and remote resource loading is refused by the
preview CSP instead.
Direct-model replies no longer fail once they grow large. The byte caps on
streaming responses, single stream blocks, non-streaming replies, model tool
arguments, tool request context, aggregate tool results, and accumulated
answer text are removed, so users stop seeing "模型接口流式响应超过安全限制"
on long answers. Response length is now governed by the request timeout,
cancellation, and context compression. Image generation responses keep their
decodable-image validation.
A message sent after a failed or interrupted run stayed in the pending queue
instead of running. The conversation is now released whenever a run reaches
any terminal state, not only when the renderer reports readiness again, and a
dispatched queue item whose run never starts releases its reservation and
returns to pending. Later messages dispatch without extra user action.

Long Runtime sessions could silently stop retaining tool and Subagent activity, truncate Run history details, and reject workspace previews over 256 KB. Run history now persists in Main SQLite without the former fixed record or detail caps, surfaces possible loss from legacy caches, and renders long histories in batches.
Local and remote workspace previews now load UTF-8-safe 256 KiB pages on demand instead of rejecting larger text files. The legacy migration, clear-data path, IPC contracts, tests, and feature documentation are updated with the resulting behavior.

OpenCode status checks could cold-start throwaway servers, unrelated
conversations could block each other, and model, Continue, or remote paths
could replay or duplicate work under failure and backlog conditions. Settings
could also lose edits or overwrite unrelated model fields.
This update makes status checks passive, keeps per-conversation ordering while
allowing concurrency, preserves native long-running work with bounded display
capture and backpressure, narrows retries to known pre-dispatch failures, and
aligns remote Ask permissions without reducing Execute. It also keeps
Embedding updates narrow, improves settings and browser guidance, removes the
unused legacy Main gateway state, and records the validated Desktop 0.12.3 and
Agent 0.11.17 release metadata.

Model connections can now save bounded JSON request headers and top-level body fields. Direct requests and Continue support both; local OpenCode and DeepSeek Harness use only native header support, while the managed remote OpenCode gateway applies both.
Runtime, protocol, and authentication fields keep precedence. Custom values are ordinary connection settings, not credential storage. This migrates Runtime settings from v20 to v21 and updates the DeepSeek control and managed Runtime ACP capabilities.

The built-in browser was limited to direct-model tools, and its Agent switch also blocked manual Browser workbar actions. It is now a request-scoped GoodBuddy capability assignable to direct models, managed OpenCode, and Continue, while manual browser controls remain available when Agent access is off.
Existing browser enablement migrates to capability settings version 6. DeepSeek Harness remains unsupported.

Local embedded OpenCode serialized otherwise independent conversations, and GoodBuddy could stop long Runtime tasks after fixed tool, activity, model-call, or accumulated display-output limits.
Different conversations can now run concurrently while requests in the same conversation stay ordered. Dynamic MCP tools remain isolated to the current request. OpenCode, Continue, managed ACP, and the Agent model gateway no longer stop native execution at GoodBuddy-defined call counts or prompt-wide output totals; display copies truncate and transport queues apply backpressure instead. Prompt-wide quota fields are removed from the current contracts.
Per-call model settings, provider request timeouts, cancellation, and same-conversation ordering remain unchanged.

The published Agent 0.11.14 predates the registered-Runtime activation change included in the Desktop candidate. Bump the Agent lock to 0.11.15 and the unpublished Desktop recovery to 0.12.2 so the compound package minimum Desktop version, bilingual notes, and feature documentation describe one coordinated release.
Keep v0.12.0 and v0.12.1 immutable and unpublished, and document that Agent tags also require the exact main candidate workflow to pass before tagging.

Managed Python installation rejected valid case-distinct terminfo symlinks in the pinned Astral archives on Linux x64 and arm64. Archive uniqueness now follows the target filesystem: Linux preserves case-distinct paths, while every target still rejects exact duplicates and unsafe entries.
Move the unpublished 0.12.0 bilingual release notes to the immutable-tag recovery version 0.12.1 and record the failed tag evidence.

The Linux routing test still referenced the obsolete bin/opencode name. With intentional path-only Runtime selection, that stale fixture was no longer masked by automatic discovery; use the locked opencode-ai 1.18.9 bin/opencode.exe entrypoint on every platform.
Keep the approved 0.12.0 notes and bilingual feature matrices explicit that local OpenCode paths are not prevalidated and fail only at actual launch.
Full-suite resource contention could make asynchronous renderer assertions and short runtime timing tests fail even though focused runs passed. Limit Vitest to two workers and give the affected UI operations the existing three-second async window.
Also include the approved Linux ARM OpenCode startup note in both feature matrices and release-note languages, and record the successful isolated Linux x64 Host validation of the current-source Runtime activation path.
Update the desktop version, approved bilingual release notes, and synchronized English and Chinese feature matrices for the 0.12.0 candidate.
Release preparation now runs local tests, type checks, and lint without a local production build, then requires the main-branch CI build before tagging. The package matrix uses a native Windows arm64 runner and validates managed Python on every target without adding extra license files to the desktop package.
Direct model conversations can now execute bounded platform-native processes and delegate one level of programming work without duplicating tools in Agent Runtimes. Process and Subagent activity follows existing workspace, mode, approval, cancellation, and lifecycle boundaries, with chat attribution and complete feature documentation.
Remove the static Renderer bundle baseline gate and its build-only manifests; production builds continue to compile all processes and verify the control-plane installer. Also include the pending documentation link normalization.

Add bounded redacted Desktop and Agent diagnostic logs, a read-only Agent
diagnostics command, and an explicit opt-in for attaching a small Desktop
diagnostic summary to in-app feedback. Diagnostics stay local by default and
the existing feedback v1 service contract remains compatible.

Managed SSH prompts previously depended on Desktop-owned provider and transcript state, so accepted work could stop or become uncertain when the Desktop, network, or power disappeared. The Agent now owns accepted OpenCode prompt execution, model and tool rounds, cancellation, and the durable semantic transcript, while Desktop remains authoritative for permanent projects, conversations, tasks, and messages.
Recovered work attaches to the original conversation without replay. The project switcher also groups managed SSH projects by saved Host and shows live Agent connectivity beside each group without opening a connection merely to read status. Remote project subtitles now show only the path, and the Agent lock advances to 0.11.14 with Runtime ACP v4.

Host repair could fail while adopting the published OpenCode Runtime, then
repeat package and payload verification and carry durable metadata snapshots
for recovery. Host preparation now verifies each acquired compound archive
once, adopts signed Agent and Runtime metadata without rereading payload trees,
and retries failed work by cleaning staging and preparing fresh.
The desktop and Agent versions are advanced to 0.11.9 with the approved
bilingual release notes. Remote Projects remain a disabled-by-default technical
preview, Agent packages remain separate Linux x64/arm64 releases, and this
release has no LoongArch preview.

Published Host updates could fail while the desktop reverified Runtime against
its bundled lock and repeatedly traversed remote payloads. Host preparation now
verifies and extracts once, adopts Agent and Runtime on one pinned connection,
and uses registered metadata for normal health, capability, and prompt paths.
Interrupted commits and adoption retain bounded recovery and rollback state.
Desktop and Agent versions are 0.11.8. Remote Projects remain a technical
preview; the Agent targets Linux x64 and arm64, with no LoongArch preview.

An interrupted dispatch could leave the same user input both in conversation
history and in the pending queue, causing it to be sent again after restart.
Persisted user messages now retain their queue identity, startup recovery drops
only matching materialized inputs, and conversation branches discard that
ownership marker.
Explicit GoodBuddy transfer now leases a verified local Agent package when the
catalog is unavailable or the local version is at least as new, while a known
newer online package still wins. Prepare both the desktop and Agent locks for
0.11.7; the experimental LoongArch preview remains excluded.

Managed SSH project selection repeatedly activated the remote Host and could
leave idle ACP bindings rejected as stale-controller after a controller
generation change. Host environment updates also coupled project state to
component installation evidence and presented a crowded control surface.
Project selection is now local-only, one Host connection serves compatible
project and conversation callers, idle bindings are safely replaced only
after proven controller takeover, and active prompts keep exact resume/replay.
Remote environment setup now uses explicit signed compound package
preparation with bounded transfer, rollback, recovery, and clearer settings.
Managed Hosts must be updated to separately distributed Agent 0.11.6 before
the daemon-side controller recovery fix takes effect. Desktop packages do not
embed the Agent or remote Runtime, and existing project data is preserved.

Legacy key-only environment deployments retain their historical model endpoint, name, and protocol while generic model variables continue to take precedence. Agent inventory scanning now overlaps the signed catalog check instead of waiting for the network first.
The separate LoongArch preview builder derives node-pty from the candidate lockfile and verifies the installed version before cross-compiling it, preventing stale preview-only pins.
Valid Agent packages could be rejected when packaged trusted-key JSON used CRLF, and Settings could not show whether a newer compatible Agent existed. Registry formatting is now parsed independently of cryptographic trust, and Settings reads only the signed catalog to report local and latest versions.
New installations use a credential-free local Ollama-compatible profile. The v20 migration changes only untouched historical defaults, while explicit profiles and legacy environment aliases remain compatible. Magic Notes count badges no longer shift navigation rows.

The unpublished 0.11.3 candidate could not validate the DeepSeek Harness node-pty prebuilds on every native target, and catalog signing could misread large compound Agent payloads. Release packaging now verifies the rc.8 native layout and writes deterministic stored .gbagent archives with bounded central-directory, mode, CRC, SHA-256, and signature checks.
The 0.11.4 recovery also pins reviewed dependency lifecycle scripts, packages the omitted ONNX Runtime license, and carries the approved unpublished notes forward without changing the immutable failed tags or adding a LoongArch package.

Linux .gbagent extraction inherited permissive directory modes, so compound packages failed secure Runtime verification on POSIX runners. Package roots and nested bundle directories now use private modes.
The production workflow now uses one GoodBuddy Agent signing identity for the Agent, bundled Runtime, outer package, and catalog. The unpublished 0.11.2 candidate is carried forward as desktop and Agent 0.11.3 without a LoongArch preview.

Clicking the built-in embedding model download could appear to do nothing while
Main waited for the full transfer to finish. The vector model UI now follows
the speech model workflow with an immediate preparing state, verified source
and package metadata, live progress, cancellation, unavailable-source guidance,
and success notifications.
Use a bounded progress-only IPC instead of overlapping full snapshot polling,
and share model package size and progress presentation across embedding,
speech, and OCR model settings. Promote the GoodBuddy Agent lock from the e2e
prerelease identifier to the formal 0.11.2 version for production publication.

Managed SSH previously tied remote Agent and Runtime artifacts to desktop
packaging and Host activation. Settings now manages verified Linux x64 and
arm64 .gbagent packages explicitly, with source-aligned download and update
plus offline import and export. Each package contains the signed Agent, pinned
Node, and compatible OpenCode Runtime, and project activation never downloads
one automatically.
Dedicated native CI and a protected release workflow publish deterministic,
signed cumulative catalogs to GitHub and Beijing OSS without replacing the
desktop Latest release. Desktop packaging is metadata-only, remains independent
of Agent artifacts and signing credentials, and Linux desktop releases add RPM
installers.
The managed SSH path also keeps model credentials in Main, enforces Ask as
read-only, verifies signed Agent and Runtime inputs, preserves ACP recovery, and
reports Host update cancellation and failures accurately.

GoodBuddy previously had no direct way to send feedback from the desktop app. The About & Updates page now opens a bilingual, accessible feedback dialog for problems, feature requests, experience notes, and other feedback, with an optional email address and one screenshot.
Submissions use the narrow preload and trusted IPC boundary, a fixed production endpoint with strict TLS, bounded screenshot processing, an isolated resettable installation ID, preserved drafts, and idempotent manual retries. GoodBuddy does not automatically attach conversations, logs, files, settings, or credentials.

Remote Host and managed SSH project entry points were always exposed while the signed artifact workflow remains preview-stage. Remote Projects now defaults off behind its own Platform Features tab, preserves saved Hosts, projects, and credentials, and returns active remote work to a local project when disabled.
Main IPC enforces the same setting while still allowing in-flight cancellation. Application settings migrate to version 9 with the preview disabled.

The assistant workbar duplicated attachment and knowledge-library controls already available in the composer, while its memory section exposed an unimplemented placeholder. The workbar now keeps Task Center, Files, Browser, and Results, with future task context and memory details assigned to Task Center.

Magic Notes can now show a default-on incomplete todo badge in the primary
navigation. The badge hides at zero, caps its visual label at 99+ while
retaining the exact accessible count, and refreshes after user or Agent/MCP
note changes.
Platform Features > Magic Notes includes a persistent switch that hides only
the count without changing notes or the Magic Notes entry. Existing settings
migrate with the count enabled.

Local conversations can now continue in a new branch after stable content is persisted. Each branch uses new conversation and message IDs, keeps its source visible, and remains independent without copying Tasks, queue items, runs, memories, or artifact ownership.
Conversation Task rows are also denser, align status markers at the right edge, and use an accessible checked success marker without redundant completion text.

Save and test could accept a successful endpoint response without proving that the selected model generated output, while changing a connection URL or temporarily disabling authentication could require the API Key again.
Model tests now issue bounded real text or image generation requests and validate their output. API Keys remain encrypted with their connection across URL and authentication changes until explicitly cleared or the connection is deleted, and the form places the key directly below authentication. Real tests may incur a small amount of provider usage.

Address reliability and consistency gaps across Agent Runtimes, persistence, settings, Knowledge, Magic Notes, Smart Heartbeat, and the download site. Runtime processes now have bounded lifecycle cleanup and atomic configuration rollback, while model packages and persisted mutations recover safely.
Add a configurable global shortcut, protect unsaved work, improve modal and keyboard behavior, localize the built-in project without rewriting stored data, and lazy-load heavy renderer routes under enforced bundle budgets. Align project forms and disabled controls with shared typography and interaction states, and strengthen website release metadata validation and navigation accessibility.

The project selector previously used a native list that showed only project names and inherited platform-specific styling. It now presents an accessible rich menu grouped into local projects and remote channels, with folder or channel context for each option.

Messages and Scheduled Task occurrences previously could not share one ordered path while a Conversation was active. They now enter a durable FIFO queue with frozen execution settings and bounded attachments, recover safely after restart, and never write concurrently to the same timeline.
The compact queue above Composer supports removal and explicit interrupt-and-promote actions. SQLite schema v23 preserves pending schedule work, while Conversation Task children reuse the shared status-dot semantics for running, completed, failed, approval, paused, and cancelled states.

Scheduled tasks previously created separate visible work for each run and lacked one conversation-backed product identity. Custom tasks now create or reuse one stable Task and Conversation, reuse that identity across triggers, and write text results back with Task provenance.
Tasks default to Execute while preserving the configured Runtime, tool authorization, and high-risk approval boundaries. Schema v22 backfills existing schedules to stable Task and Conversation links without deleting historical runs.
The conversation list, conversation Task strip, and Task Center now expose the same Task, with localized status metadata, overflow-aware titles, and shared schedule controls.

Managed speech and OCR downloads previously used catalog-specific source URLs without a global selection. Platform Features now lets users choose ModelScope by default or Hugging Face, while Main validates and freezes that source for each download.
Verified coverage remains explicit: downloads never mix artifacts or silently switch sources, and installed models plus ZIP imports stay source-independent.

Replace the flat features directory with document-type and functional-domain navigation, update repository-wide links, and add a top-level documentation index.
Define Task, Conversation, Job, Subjob, Run, Scheduled Task, Goal Task, and Task Center in one canonical document set. Keep Smart Heartbeat ownership separate and leave future partitioned memory explicitly undesigned.
Parallel expert runs previously exposed only child status, while the synthesized answer appeared above the expert cards. Each expert now retains and exposes its complete output, the cards can be expanded, and the final synthesis is rendered beneath them and persisted with the conversation.

Browser control was grouped with client PC control even though it operates GoodBuddy's isolated browser. It now appears as Built-in Browser under direct-model tools with its existing master switch, profiles, and diagnostics, while Computer Control only lists capabilities that act on the client PC.
The existing capability ID and saved state are preserved. Enabling the browser lets direct models use it in Execute mode without per-action prompts.

Version checks and downloads previously depended on GitHub Release. About & Updates now offers GitHub or a validated mirror source, keeps the selector beneath the startup-check switch, and disables it when startup checks are off.
The website resolves platform downloads from a bounded OSS release index with a GitHub fallback. Tagged releases publish and verify immutable OSS assets through OIDC before switching the latest-version index; deployment requires the configured Alibaba Cloud environment variables and role.

Built-in MCP servers were always granted to supported runtimes without per-server controls. They now have persistent enablement and runtime assignments for direct models, managed OpenCode, and Continue, while DeepSeek Harness remains visibly unsupported and cannot be assigned.
MCP settings are reorganized into Built-in MCP, Direct model, Custom MCP, and Computer control tabs. Direct-model web search now uses the same accessible collapsible inventory pattern as other tool groups.

DeepSeek Harness previously treated every selected model as text-only. It now carries the model profile's image capability through Main, the Utility Host, ACP, and Pi-AI, rejects unsupported images before model invocation, and validates supported JPEG/PNG data in a bounded process-local attachment store.
The Composer keeps universal controls on its first row, places OpenCode and Continue controls on a dedicated responsive row, and anchors context compaction without shifting the footer. Runtime supervision ownership for future Subagents and Jobs is documented for the right sidebar.

Settings Center navigation was hard to read and constrained form content,
while Runtime customization duplicated headings and save actions and could
lose drafts. Settings now uses readable navigation and wider content, saves
base and native Runtime settings together, protects drafts, and presents one
compact capabilities and defaults section.
Conversation context meters could retain display-only thresholds from old
Runtime settings. They now persist only measured usage, derive compression
lines from current Runtime and model settings, and normalize legacy snapshots
when loading them.
The static website now uses the project GitHub Pages canonical URL and includes
a validated Pages deployment workflow.

OpenCode and Continue customization was previously planned but unavailable, and Runtime-native capabilities were not represented consistently across providers. GoodBuddy now provides secure Main-owned customization settings, truthful native inventories, OpenCode Agents and Commands, Continue Rules and Prompts, DSH Web Search/Fetch, MCP Prompt and Resource metadata, and manual compaction where supported.
Native capabilities are presented in eleven accessible tabs with Tools separated from Commands, LSP, and Formatters. Tool source and Ask/Execute availability are explicit, external OpenCode remains connection-only, Continue reports unsupported static tool discovery instead of advertising unreachable Skills, and disposable inventory probes avoid retaining background runtimes.
Ask remains read-only at the Runtime boundary, Execute keeps the existing authorization controls, and credentials remain confined to Main.
