fix: align conversation list scrollbar with notes

Use a thin native scrollbar with a transparent track and theme colors for the conversation list on fine-pointer devices. Preserve system defaults for coarse pointers and forced colors.

Release note: The conversation list now uses the same subtle scrollbar style as notes, with native touch and high-contrast behavior preserved.
