test: align native composer hints and bound Markdown corpus checks

Update the Electron probe for the two-line shortcut placeholder after greeting removal. Preserve all prefix-equivalence checks and give only the exhaustive Markdown corpus test 15 seconds. Validate through CI per user instruction.
