fix: prevent knowledge search icons from overlapping text

Preserve icon spacing in graph and document search fields against shared input styles. Update scheduled approval tests to expand the collapsed project task list before interacting with task approvals.

Release note: Knowledge search fields now keep the search icon clear of placeholder and entered text.
