Exclude the independent prototype from root lint and explicitly anchor TypeScript parser configuration to the Desktop repository. This fixes clean CI runners detecting both root and ShareServer configuration directories. Product behavior and approved release notes are unchanged.
ShareServer
ShareServer 是 GoodBuddy 设备共享网络的独立 Web 服务。它为一个或多个组织提供身份与设备 目录、能力发布、授权策略、任务路由、可选数据中继、能力包更新、网关联邦和审计管理。
ShareServer 不属于 Electron Main，不负责桌面端局域网发现，也不自动取得设备上的能力、 文件、凭据或 SSH Host。

当前没有单独的 User Stories：管理员、能力发布者、审计员和普通成员场景已进入 PRD 与逻辑
设计。仓库已建立可运行的全控制台交互原型；它用于确认信息架构与交互，不代表生产服务已经
实现。当前边界和运行方法见实施进度与
shareserver/README.md。
角色
- 系统管理员：维护实例、身份源、域名、证书、存储和全局限制。
- 组织管理员：管理本组织成员、设备、组、策略、能力和联邦关系。
- 能力发布者：在获准范围内发布设备能力或签名能力包。
- 审批人：处理调用、发布、更新和联邦申请。
- 审计员：只读查看和导出获准范围内的审计事件。
- 成员：主要通过 GoodBuddy Desktop 使用能力，只在 Web 端处理个人设备和审批。
