The right assistant workbar could switch to an overlay, duplicate its close control, and let resizing crowd or clip the chat composer. It now uses one directional toggle below the window controls, remains a docked sibling, and preserves equal 300px minimums for the chat and workbar with symmetric composer gutters. Release note: 修复右侧助手工作栏遮挡聊天区及拖动边界不一致的问题；工作栏现在使用单一方向按钮，并在左右区域达到相同最小宽度后停止拖动。
