Hosts becomes a built-in application opened from the Apps menu, with Hosts
and Agent packages tabs. The remote capability switch keeps using
remoteProjectsEnabled and moves to the application settings, so Main-side
gating and saved values are unchanged. Saved navigation gains the new entry
at the end, unpinned.
Settings drops the SSH hosts category and the Remote projects tab. The host
list collapses to one-line summaries with status badges, versions show as a
table, and application settings switches align to the right edge.
The workspace action was labeled as opening with the default application, which did not clearly describe that the operating system chooses the handler. Update the Chinese and English labels, accessibility text, tests, and feature documentation to refer to the system application.

Loaded history is reachable without 80-message batches; DOM windowing stays at ~60 rows. The minimap draws a stable content-weighted overview, expands to 80 px on hover, and mutes cancelled replies like their status line.
Reviews now snapshot only messages in a terminal state (complete or error) and finished tasks, so a reply still streaming when the review starts waits for the next review instead of changing under it. A frozen source that still changes is skipped for that run and left for the next review, replacing the re-review at the latest version and its 200-source cap. The review period picker gains an All time option.
Overlap the composer wrap with the message region by its top padding so messages scroll under the fade until the input outline, and paint the solid backdrop only below the composer's top edge. Drop the dark theme rule that still painted the whole wrap, keep the fade at 16px with a stronger curve, and lift the scroll-to-bottom button to preserve its gap.

Extend the composer fade down to the input card's top edge and layer it beneath the card, so scrolling messages fade straight into the composer outline. Remove the full-width composer-wrap background that produced a hard horizontal band, and soften the focus ring. Keep the dark theme fade on the canvas color.

Main no longer opens desktop business SQLite. A single utility-process
storage owner holds the Assistant, Knowledge, attachment, document-result,
remote-binding and native model-ledger databases and runs whole domain
transactions; Main and Runtime callers use explicit async domain operations.
- Remove the Main readWithFallback path and the supervision worker's
separate business write connection; manifests are scanned read-only and
committed by the sole writer.
- Remote events are ACKed only after commit; process loss reports
unconfirmed writes instead of replaying them.
- Use native utilityProcess messaging with one in-flight bound (32) and
ordered waiting instead of capacity rejection and retries.
- Start the storage process before the window so startup overlaps.
- Keep short tool output in memory and store full output once in owned
storage; paging, branching, restart and deletion reuse that copy.
- Put required runtime launch files under goodbuddy-prefixed owned temp
directories and reclaim confirmed stale ones; stop writing duplicate
parsed.md.
- Add lint guards for SQLite ownership and architecture, concurrency
acceptance fixtures, and maintenance/architecture documentation.
Validation: typecheck and lint pass. Alternating baseline (edf019aa) vs
candidate runs show no regression on single-session, C01, C02, C04 and a
5-minute C06; Main p99 drops from ~21 ms to ~16.7 ms under concurrency.
Fresh portable copy (1.75M events) upgrade content unchanged; real-model
output paging passes with 4 external requests. Full npm test runs had
1-9 different timing-sensitive failures per run that pass when rerun.

Add a theme-aware 16px fade above the composer to soften the clipped message edge without changing layout or pointer interactions. Document the treatment in the UI design system.

Explain in Chinese and English that sender IDs can be left blank while enabling and saving the channel. Guide users to retrieve their own numeric ID with /whoami and save again, and distinguish connection testing from message receiving.

Share the history picker and context bar, collapse new-review inputs, improve recap and responsive detail layouts, and align graph toolbars and accessible legends.
Color actual event intervals and markers by primary story, preserve neutral gaps and unassigned events, and refresh colors across themes. Include related regression coverage, layout fixtures, overlay timing and workspace-import test adjustments, and updated design and validation documentation.
