+- `supervision-experiences.ts`：新表 `supervision_experiences`（经验、适用条件、边界、状态、用户调整标记）、`supervision_experience_events`（`formed` 形成依据、`applied` 后续应用及结果）、`supervision_experience_seen`。Schema 55，升级后表为空，由下一次回顾从已有故事中抽取，不重读来源。
+- 在故事归属之后、同一回顾名额内执行。候选由规则选出，不调用模型：有尚未处理的决定、变化或里程碑事件，且事件数达到“故事参与经验整理的最少事件数”（设置，默认 5）的功能或子线索。小故事和只有讨论的进展直接标记已处理，不调用模型。
