test: wait for completed navigation before opening menus

Require the actual message article to own focus instead of matching body text. Wait for project runtime initialization before opening dismiss-on-blur composer options. Preserve all capture and native command assertions. Complete frozen Linux snapshot: 5371 passed, 51 skipped; focused Windows, typecheck and lint passed.
