Document restored direct-model compaction, request-lifetime tool access, clearer cancellation and sidebar controls, reduced redundant startup work, and slimmer package inputs. Keep published Agent 0.15.0 and prior release notes unchanged. Review both feature matrices and retain Office editing as planned work. Typecheck, lint and bilingual notes validation passed; 85 focused tests passed and one POSIX-only test was skipped on Windows. Full source validation and production build remain CI gates before tagging.

- Desktop `0.15.3` restores local direct-model manual compaction, retains tool
authorization for the request lifetime, clarifies cancellation and sidebar/note
controls, avoids redundant startup/storage work, and trims duplicated package
dependencies and development files. It does not claim a proven overall rendering
speedup. Office live editing remains a design, not a delivered capability.
