release: prepare Desktop 0.15.7

Document streaming rendering improvements, on-demand activity refresh, local custom MCP failure isolation, managed model source selection, and opt-in device sharing. Agent remains 0.15.1 and schema remains 52. Per user instruction, validate the exact candidate through CI without additional local tests.
