Focus the real Electron window before native keyboard input and give the
two long-history App scenarios the existing 15-second per-test allowance.
Keep all capture, source navigation, persistence, and keyboard assertions.

Record the initial Linux CI failures and the revised local validation:
5317 passed, 79 skipped, with typecheck, lint, and release notes verified.
Product behavior and approved Desktop/Agent 0.15.0 notes are unchanged.
